Sameena Israr is a visionary healthcare entrepreneur and the Chairman & CEO of both Pioneer Diagnostics & Imaging and Comfort Sleep Clinic. At Pioneer, she has led the company’s expansion across multiple states and Internationally into Dubai, bringing advanced diagnostic and mobile imaging services to new communities. At Comfort Sleep Clinic, she grew a 2-bed sleep lab in 2015 into a state-of-the-art 22-bed facility by 2025, while also advancing remote cardiac monitoring programs. She is known for building and empowering high performing teams, Sameena has integrated cutting edge technologies such as 3D Breast CT, comprehensive ultrasound, and in-home diagnostics to strengthen preventative care. With her entrepreneurial vision now focused on longevity, she is shaping the future of healthcare by driving innovations that help people live longer, healthier lives.
Mohammed Israr is the President of Comfort Sleep Clinic, where he leads the organization with a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and patient-focused care. Before joining Comfort Sleep Clinic in 2021, he built an impressive 30-year career at Sanmina Corporation, serving as Vice President of Worldwide Quality. In that role, he directed global quality initiatives, streamlined compliance systems, and ensured the delivery of high-standard solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Bringing this extensive corporate experience into healthcare, Mohammed has been instrumental in strengthening Comfort Sleep Clinic’s infrastructure, expanding its services, and positioning it as a trusted provider of advanced sleep diagnostics and patient care. His leadership blends strategic insight with a dedication to excellence, driving both organizational growth and community impact.
Najm has contributed to the success of the company for over five years. She is passionate about shaping the future of health care, with patient centricity being one of the main criteria. Under her strategic and operational leadership, the team has expanded to additional locations. Pioneer has won the best diagnostic office of Naperville for the year 2025.
Stephanie Roman is the Corporate Director of Operations at Pioneer Diagnostic & Imaging with 17 years of experience in the medical field.  She oversees operational strategy, compliance, and service delivery, helping to drive growth and quality across the organization.
Gabi Rodriguez is the Corporate Operations Manager at Pioneer Diagnostic & Imaging, where she oversees organizational processes, streamlines workflows, and supports teams across all locations. She is dedicated to driving efficiency, collaboration, and high-quality patient care in every aspect of operations.
Tanya Murray brings extensive expertise in Diagnostic imaging to her role as Clinical Director of at Pioneer Diagnostics & Imaging. With over 30years of experience in Imaging and a strong background in performing and managing advanced ultrasound studies, she oversees quality, training, and patient care across all ultrasound services. Tanya is dedicated to ensuring accurate results, maintaining the highest safety standards, and delivering compassionate, patient centered care.
Dr Khosla is board certified radiologist with more than 44 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. With his deep expertise in advanced imaging modalities patients receive highest standard of care. His commitment to excellence and compassionate approach have made him a trusted provider amount both patients and healthcare professionals.
Dr Bodne with over thirty years of experience, throughout his career, from training at MD Anderson Cancer Center to 16 years working in the Piedmont Healthcare System, he has honed a deep understanding of both the human condition and the latest medical technologies. His current mission is to help improve the detection of breast cancer, regardless of any of the barriers being discussed, by improving compliance and allowing for the natural evolution of currently available technologies.
